Age Verification: We apply mandatory age verification at the point of registration. If we have reason to believe you are under the applicable minimum age, your account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued during a period when age verification has not been completed may be withheld.
We reserve the right to request proof of age, identity, address and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
Each User is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 777pkr reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any associated bonuses and withhold any funds pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information at the point of registration and ensure that your account details remain accurate at all times. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information — including providing a name or date of birth that does not match your identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any account access details with any third party. 777pkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
As part of our KYC obligations, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal or at any other time at our discretion.
You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail in respect of account management, withdrawals and general Platform conduct.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or communication failure during any game session, 777pkr reserves the right to void any affected bets or game outcomes and restore account balances to the state prior to the malfunction, where this is technically feasible. We will communicate any such action to affected users as promptly as reasonably practicable.
Funds may be deposited into your account using the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of deposit. Payment method names referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT — are provided as contextual references for user familiarity. These references do not imply that any named provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with 777pkr or online gambling in any capacity.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have passed applicable KYC verification and you must have met any wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Account balances and transaction amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. For cryptocurrency transactions, the PKR equivalent is calculated at the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction. 777pkr is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
777pkr maintains strict AML compliance procedures. We reserve the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into your account. Any deposits that we reasonably suspect are connected to unlawful activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.
From time to time, 777pkr may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins or other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall apply to that promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and any maximum withdrawal caps are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse bonus offers — including through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent bonus terms, or any other conduct determined by 777pkr to constitute bonus abuse — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
777pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Users who have already claimed a promotion at the time of its modification will be subject to the terms in force at the time of their claim.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, data compilations, design elements and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the intellectual property of 777pkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777pkr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We do not exclude or limit liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you wager. 777pkr accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through gambling on the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard processing times and KYC compliance.
777pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; receipt of a chargeback on a deposit transaction; or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon account closure or termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, 11 and 13 — shall continue to apply following termination.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operating entity is incorporated, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
We make no representation that the Platform or its content is lawful, appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. If you access the Platform from a location where doing so is restricted or prohibited by law, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
777pkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
